These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Screaming Reels website and participation in our fishing charters and related services. By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

3. Assumption of Risk

Offshore fishing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Weather changes

  • Marine wildlife interactions

By participating in a Screaming Reels charter, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with offshore fishing and related activities.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew

  • Use equipment responsibly

  • Act in a respectful manner toward crew, other guests, and the marine environment

The captain reserves the right to terminate participation without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

5. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Screaming Reels, its owners, crew, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from participation in our trips, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Catch, Conservation, and Regulations

Guests must comply with all local fishing regulations and conservation practices. Catch-and-release policies may apply depending on species, location, and conditions.

7. Media Use

By participating in a charter, you grant Screaming Reels permission to use photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing otherwise.

8. Website Use

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Screaming Reels and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms
